Apex Legends is celebrating Halloween again and this is always a reason to spend a lot of money for MeinMMO editor Jürgen Horn. But this year both the skin offer as well as the previous game features disappoint. Lest here on Meinmmo, why for Jürgen Halloween in his favorite game so disappointed.
Who is that? I am Meinmo editor Jürgen Horn and I m notorious about investing in MMOS much too much money in skins. Especially in Apex Legends I collect cool, legendary skins and enjoy my virtual wardrobe.
And right now, where Halloween is pending, I have already caught money to invest in cool skins. Because straight Halloween, so the experience of recent years, the designers regularly inspires too much scratched skins. I was curious what would come this year.
Apex Legends promises a lot and disappointed at the end
Why I was so happy about Halloween? My anticipation was reinforced when there was the first trailer to see Halloween 2021 in Apex Legends. As used by Apex Legends, the trailer was a perfectly staged masterpiece made of cool voice lines and action. Diverse skins were also shown, including a fieser cyber-waswolf. Well, that was only for the character I never played revenant, but there was certainly more.
And also hints of cool mode Shadow-Royale were seen. Therefore, I took the whole evening to play the Halloween events and to invest Zig Euros in cool skins. Maybe I would even treat myself a new Heirloom item, which would certainly give a new one again. Heirlooms are cool, personal weapons that are used instead of a boring fan thief in close combat.
That was the first disappointment? But barely I was in the game, it already came to the first disappointment. Because there was no new Heirloom and the new skins were now not the hit. Only the already known Werwolf-Skin for Revenant was cool. But as I said, I never play the quasi.
The other legends, however, had boring reskins to offer. Yes, great, then Seer is now in red or Bloodhound has red eyes. That did not convince me at all! I do not even make money!
I had hoped hard on a whole palette of skins as it was in past events. Not on just a really unique skin and otherwise boring color adjustments.
EY, where is the Halloween fashion? The next disappointed shortly thereafter: because I spent several minutes to seek the Shadow-Royale mode. Because in it you play the regular Battle-Royale, but will be a shadow after his death, which can fight back to life again. As to speak like the Gulag in Cod Warzone, only on the whole map!
But nowhere was the mode to find. Only a search on the Internet revealed:

But I was able to play decorated maps of the arena in particular for Halloween. Yes great, I m so like it! The Arena fashion liked me to introduce in Season 9 times quite well, but overall I prefer the unpredictability and tension of the Battle Royale. I m not really interested in that there is now a completely new map in the arena. They feel like all right for me.
By the way, I am not alone with this opinion on the Halloween event. On Reddit, players already call for the boycott of the game shop, because the developers just bring so little content and the event is so lame.
What was positive yet positive? Overall, I was powerfully disappointed, because there was really nothing I needed now and my anticipation for consumption had to pass unsatisfied. But at least I had a pair of cool kills in the arena.
In Battle-Royale fashion, I could randomly noticed that my favorite character Rampart now also fails to slip her rightly useless MiniGun directly and use it in the movement instead of forcibly placing it in a place. This makes this legend much more fun!
What was used for money for? Without consumption, my great apex evening did not leave. Because in the shop there was at least a few of the coolest skins from previous Halloween events in the bundle. And since I had not had the witch-skin for Wraith, I suggested here and totled the teleportation artist as a green, great witch. This skin is one of the rarest skins in Apex Legends!
